FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – A Franklin County school bus driver is charged after alleged sexual acts with a minor.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office took 51-year-old Matthew Ellis Davis from Callaway into custody on Monday, December 2.
Davis has been charged with three felony counts of Aggravated Sexual Battery – Victim Under Age 13 and one misdemeanor count of Sexual Battery.
The Sheriff’s Office says he’s being held without bond.
