ROA moving forward with parking lot renovations in February

ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport (ROA) says it is moving forward with the last phase of its parking lot renovations starting in February.

In a statement on social media, the airport said work will begin on Monday, February 3.

The Cell Phone Lot is closed; however, travelers will still have 30 minutes of free parking in all lots, which the airport said is perfect for quick visits.

Additionally, there will be new temporary pricing:

  • Preferred – $14/day
  • Standard -$12/day
  • Economy $8/day

Airport officials are asking travelers to plan to arrive early for parking, check-in, and TSA screening to ensure a smooth experience.

“We appreciate your patience as we work to improve your experience at ROA.”
