‘Hey Soul Sister’ Grammy-winning band Train coming to Berglund Center in August



ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – The Berglund Center has announced the Grammy-winning rock band Train will be coming to Elmwood Park as a part of the Vinyl Vault Concert Series in August.

The event is scheduled for Sunday, August 24 at 7:30 p.m. General admission ticket prices are $59. Private seating areas are $800 which includes a table and admission for up to 8 people. This will also include a $10 food voucher per person and two drink tickets per person.

The San Francisco band Train is a multi-Grammy award-winning, diamond-selling band that has had 14 songs on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart and 13 albums on the Billboard 200 chart.

The band started rising to fame in 1994 as an original 5-member band. They are known for their global hit “Hey, Soul Sister” from their multi-platinum album Save Me, San Francisco in 2009.

Joining Train on stage will be Edwin McCain, who is known for his hits like “I’ll Be” and “I Could Not Ask for More.”

Tickets will go on sale on January 31 and will be available at etix.com or by phone at 1-866 -HDG –TICKETS or 1-866-434-8425, and the Berglund Center Box Office.
