ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — High pressure will build into the region on Sunday, bringing sunshine and slightly warmer air.
Temperatures will start chilly on Sunday morning, but get a bit warmer heading into the afternoon with highs expected in the 30s and 40s.
Winds will be much calmer on Sunday with speeds less than 10 miles per hour. Winds may become a bit gusty on Monday during the afternoon hours.
Temperatures will remain warmer on Monday with highs in the 40s. Cooler air returns Tuesday through Thursday with highs in the 20s and 30s with another warmup arriving on Friday. The next chances for showers arrives on Saturday.
