BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – Virginia State Police are investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash on Route 460.
The crash occurred on Thursday, December 19, at 10:53 p.m. on Route 460, one-quarter of a mile west of Camp Jaycee Road in Bedford County.
A 2018 Toyota Corolla was heading east on Route 460 when the car went off the right side of the road and overturned and rolled down an embankment.
46-year-old Lloyd Nelson Furro of Montvale, Va. was identified as the driver. He was not wearing his seatbelt at the crash. Mr. Furrow died on the scene.
The incident remains under investigation.
