FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – Investigators with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office made another arrest in connection to a homicide.
On Tuesday, December 17, investigators arrested 18-year-old Jamarion Nazier Dunnings of Rocky Mount, Va., in connection to the homicide of Brandon Holland.
Dunnings was arrested on the following charges:
- One felony count of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony
- One felony count of non-capital second-degree murder
He is currently being held while he waits for court proceedings without bond.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s office previously arrested 37-year-old Antonio Payne of Lebanon in connection to this shooting. He faces similar charges, according to officials.
The incident remains under investigation.
