LYNCHBURG, Va. (WFXR) – The Lynchburg Police Department (LPD) has made an arrest after a bomb threat was left on a note at Heritage High School on December 3.
According to LPD, around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, officers responded after reports of a bomb threat at Heritage High School. Upon arrival, a suspicious note found in the bathroom is believed to have been left there by a student.
Officers said the student allegedly responsible for leaving the threat is a 15-year-old male teenager.
The student has been taken into custody and charged with making a threat to bomb or damage buildings.
