Watch 18th-century chocolate-making demonstration at Virginia Museum of History and Culture



RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Want to combine a love of sweet treats with learning about history? The Virginia Museum of History and Culture will host 18th-century chocolate-making demonstrations on Saturday.

According to the museum, demonstrations run continuously between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturdays throughout December.

Attendees will be able to watch chocolate being made using reproduction cooking tools and equipment that would have been used in the 18th century.

The demonstrations are free to watch, though visitors must pay an admission fee to enter the museum. No registration is required for the demonstration series.
