GALAX, Va. (WFXR) – The Twin County Regional Healthcare has received its Hospital Safety Grade from the Leapfrog Group.
The Twin County Regional Healthcare received an “A” as it protects hospital patients from preventable harm and errors.

The independent national watchdog organization, The Leapfrog Group, has been assigning letter grades to general hospitals within the United States for 10 years to prevent errors for patients.
The group bases its grading system on peer-reviewed, fully transparent, and free-to-the-public Hospital Safety Grade results based on more than 30 national performance measures which are updated each fall and spring.
