PULASKI COUNTY, Va. — A man is dead after reportedly breaking into a Pulaski County home early in the morning of Friday, February 7.
At 4:13 a.m., officers with the Pulaski Police Department responded to reports of a breaking and entering in progress in the 300 block of South Madison Avenue.
On scene, officers found a man already dead who was identified as the suspect of the breaking and entering.
He died as a result of a gunshot wound after being shot by a resident of the home.
The identity of the suspect has not been released.
