FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of a local high school teacher for allegedly having sexual contact with a student.
The Franklin County Sheriff said that on Friday, November 15, 30-year-old Artem Robert Moyer, of Rocky Mount, Va., was arrested with one felony count of Indecent Liberties with Child by Custodian and one felony count of Object Sexual Penetration.
Moyer is currently being held without bond pending court proceedings.
