ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — Animal shelters across southwest and central Virginia are full of adoptable pets. WFXR News highlights these adorable adoptables in our weekly “Furry Friends” segment.
On Tuesday, November 12, Erin Dams with the Roanoke Valley SPCA brought Skipper to Furry Friends.
Skipper is a gentle two-year-old male Shih-Tzu mix who weighs about 15 pounds. He does not have a front left paw, but that doesn’t stop him from being a playful pup! Skipper enjoys walks, playing with toys, and cuddling.
Overall, Skipper is an easy-going dog who wants someone to snuggle with him. He would do well in almost any household and gets along with most dogs. He has trouble using stairs and jumping up on couches, so he may need someone to pick him up.
