ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — Each week WFXR News highlights adoptable pets filling up animal shelters across Southwest and Central Virginia.
This week, on Tuesday, November 26, Aimee Brown with the Franklin County Humane Society brought Beare in for Furry Friends!
Beare is a gentle one-year-old husky who weighs about 43 pounds. She loves meeting new people and does well with car rides. Overall, Beare has a friendly and goofy demeanor. She loves attention, especially when she’s getting pets and belly rubs!
She would do well in an active household where she can get plenty of exercise. A house with a big fenced-in yard would be a plus.
While Beare gets along with other dogs, she would prefer a home with no cats.
Beare had a rough life before coming to the Franklin County Humane Society, but this sweet girl is ready to find a loving forever home!
