FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — Franklin County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a man for possession of and producing child porn Friday.
The Sheriff’s Office says they received a tip about 43-year-old Luis Alberto Ceron Romero. After executing search warrants, deputies charged the Glade Hill resident with one felony count of Possession of Obscene Material Using Minors and one felony count of Producing/Manufacturing Child Pornography.
Romero is being held without bond.
